Beneath the natural stone veneer is a galvanized steel and aluminum frame with a 19-inch stainless steel fire ring. The Piezo ignition lights the flame easily and a variable control knob lets you adjust the heat up to 65,000 BTUs. A suspended floor creates a natural draft like a fireplace, which keeps the undercarriage cool and safe to burn on any outdoor surface, and the 2 1/2-inch space between the inner and outer walls keeps the exterior safe from the heat of the fire.
